Sbarreis the first docureality that really enters inside one of Italy’smost famous prisons: Rebibbia. In each of the eight episodes, the story of a borderline boy crossesthe path and human story of a prisoner: a confrontation, bothdramatic and emotional, in which the two tracks of the story mergein search of a positive reflection. Somewhere in Italy a young man isrisking a bad ending: problems with drugs, dealing, violence, theft.Or he simply grew up – despite himself – in an “at-risk” neighborhood. What if he meets his hypothetical “future”? A person who failed toavoid the “bad path”? That person, that man, is now behind “Bars.”The exceptional narrator is singer-songwriter Fabrizio Moro, whohas already won numerous awards with the song “Pensa” dedicatedto the memory of Falcone and Borsellino. The goal of the programis to interest the audience in two realities, that of the world of youthand that of the prison situation. Two storytelling perspectives of oursociety often overlooked, seen this time as subjective narration oftwo “protagonists.”
